Thirtieth Sunday - Year A

Solemnity of All Saints

This Wednesday is the Solemnity of All Saints and is a holy day of obligation, which means that we are all obliged to attend Mass. There is an abundance of Masses being celebrated here, so we look forward to seeing you at one of them.

Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls)

All Souls’ Day is a beautiful commemoration in which we have a particular opportunity to pray for our loved ones who have died. November is traditionally the month of the holy souls, so perhaps you might consider having Mass offered for a loved one during this month. Mass intention envelopes are available at the back of the church. Having selected your preferred date and time, you can place a donation inside and either hand it to a priest or put it in the collection plate. Intentions are published in the newsletter.
